A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, southwest Nigeria yesterday morning ordered the Central Bank of Nigeria, (CBN), to declare the total cash and properties recovered from the former Chief Executive Officer of Oceanic Bank, Mrs.Cecilia Ibru, within 72 hours.
